The signup window is closed now, but you can still leave your details to be added to the waiting list. We anticipate that, if this is anything like other larps, there will be some dropouts between now and the date of the run.

Player selection is not on a first-come first-served basis. You will have the same chance to get a player spot no matter when in the signup window you submit the form. Once the window has closed, we will select players and cast characters to players. We want to have a player group that is a diverse mix of nationality, larp experience, age, gender, and sexual orientation. Because of its themes and content, this larp is only for players over 18 years old.

Player selection will be done by January 17th, 2019. You will then have a week to tell us if there are any players, whether cast or on the waiting list, who you don’t want to play a close contact with; or to play with at all; or who you think are a danger. We will sort out any such issues. After this we will move on to the casting which will be done by January 30th.

We will handle all signup information confidentially and will delete the information afterwards, in accordance with the EU GDPR.

Price categories

A standard ticket costs £275; a supporter ticket is £325; and a subsidized ticket is £175. Tickets can be paid for all at once or in installments.

The ticket includes the game, accommodation (a bed in a shared room), and food. More details here: Practical. We will organize a bus (round-trip leaving from Heathrow Airport) and the ticket for this can be bought separately for £50.

Subsidized tickets

We prioritize players who represent at least one of these categories:
  • LGBTQIA+ (lesbian, gay, bi, trans, queer, intersex, asexual and/or -romantic)
  • directly affected by the HIV epidemic
  • persons of colour
  • has a low income
and we have subsidized tickets available so as to make the larp more accessible. To apply for subsidized tickets you should choose that option on our signup form.

For those generous people who are able help increase our subsidy pot - you can buy a supporter ticket, and also you can take part in our crowdfunding campaign, and that will allow us to make more subsidized tickets available.

Subsidized tickets are intended for people who need them. If you can afford to pay the normal ticket price or more, then please do so.

Applying as a newcomer

We want to welcome people who are new to the larp scene to this event, and we want to help you. Don’t hesitate to ask for guidance – message us via our FB page or join our group, or send an email to [email protected].
We offer help with signup and offer also mentoring before, during and after the larp. That means answering questions from “What I need to do when I get to the site?” to “Am I playing my character right?” and everywhere in between.

How to pay

Tickets are paid for via bank transfer. We will send you the account details to make the transfer, and the details of the payment dates. once you are confirmed as a player.

Cancellations and refunds

Tickets are personal, and the character assigned to you may not be sold or given away. If you cancel your attendance, we will consult our waiting list first. If we cannot get a player from there, then you can help us to find a player; and then you have the possibility of selling the ticket.

​If you drop out close to the dates of the larp, and we are unable to find a replacement player, then we will reduce the amount we can refund to you; because we will have incurred costs that cannot be recovered.
